Project Management

The main of WP6 objective is to ensure coordination and adequate management among the project partners in order to achieve the main goals of the project according to the schedule, budget, objectives and expected impacts. To this end, this WP aims to ensure a proper project management and coordination of its activities respecting time and resource constraints; ensure communication and collaboration between partners, encouraging continuous exchanging of information; and to establish coordination mechanisms among the different management bodies (internal and external). It is also an objective of this WP to develop the dissemination strategy of the project results, that will guarantee that these are spread around the world (focusing in Europe and Canada) and reach the market.
